4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $[AMOUNT] cancellation fee.
Service Provider reserves the right to cancel appointments due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions.
5. ACCESS
Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
If entry is not possible at the scheduled time without prior notice, a lockout fee of $[AMOUNT] may apply.
6. SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

7. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

Client is encouraged to secure or disclose fragile or valuable items before each cleaning.
8. PETS
Client must inform Service Provider of any pets on the premises. Pets should be secured during cleaning visits.
9. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If Client is not satisfied with the cleaning, Client must notify Service Provider within 24 hours.
Service Provider will return to re-clean the disputed areas at no additional charge.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement and any personal information shared in connection with services confidential.
11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days' written notice.
Outstanding fees are due upon termination.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
